A 2% discount on the Total List Price (TLP) will be extended to qualified EastWest Bank clients for Filinvest Land residential and commercial units.

This discount shall be applied on top of existing buyer promotions and standard discounts, where applicable.

The promo shall cover the following FLI-managed inventory:

Parking lots are eligible for the discount if purchased together with a residential unit.

The discount may be applied to multiple unit purchases by the same qualified buyer, provided all transactions are completed within the specified promo period.

Promo discount is applicable only to standard payment terms and all InstaHomes promos. Discount not applicable to any variation of said promos.

For RFO units, all Early Move-In (EMI) requirements and corresponding terms and conditions shall continue to apply.

Promo Period: The promo is valid from July __ to December 31, 2025.

Promo is open to EastWest Bank Savings and Current Account holders, excluding EWB credit card account holders.

In the event of false declarations or failure to meet eligibility requirements, FLI reserves the right to:

Promo discounts are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.

Filinvest Land reserves the right to validate eligibility and disqualify any transaction that is found to be in violation of promo terms.

For emphasis, this EWB Tie-up Promo may be availed and applies in conjunction with any standard discounts and outstanding promotions for FLI products, notwithstanding any provision on exclusivity stated in the mechanics, terms and conditions applicable to said discounts and promos that disallows the availment of such discount/promo together with other promos.

The terms and conditions contained in this EWB Tie-up Promo shall be considered an express supplement and modification as regards any similar but more generic eligibility and documentary requirements applicable to the standard discounts and promos.

FLI shall have the absolute and final discretion and decision in determining the applicability of the EWB Tie-up Promo in conjunction with other buyer promotions.
