1. What is the EastWest Bank Tie-Up Promo?
It’s a special buyer promotion from Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) in partnership with EastWest Bank. Qualified EastWest Bank clients can enjoy an additional 2% discount on top of standard discounts and ongoing promos for eligible FLI property purchases.
2. Who is eligible for the promo?
To qualify, you must:
· Be an EastWest Bank Savings or Current Account holder (EWB credit card holders are excluded)
· Register through the designated FLI-EWB promo webpage
· Receive and indicate a unique promo code in your Property Application Form (PAF)
· Pay the Reservation Fee via Bills Payment in the EastWest Bank Online platform
· Submit proof of payment and proof of account ownership
· Ensure the buyer’s name on the PAF matches the EastWest Bank account used for payment
3. Can I still avail of the promo and apply it to a property I already reserved or recently confirmed?
No. The promo cannot be applied retroactively. One of the eligibility requirements is that the buyer must have:
· Registered through the official FLI-EWB promo webpage, and
· Paid the reservation fee via the EastWest Bank Online Bills Payment platform using their personal EWB account.
Purchases made prior to completing these steps do not qualify.
4. What types of properties are included in the promo?
The promo applies to the following:
· Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) units
· Non-RFO (NRFO) units
· House & Lot packages
· Lot-only purchases
· Commercial lots
Socialized housing projects are excluded. Parking lots are only eligible if purchased together with a residential unit.
5. Can I avail the promo for more than one unit?
Yes. You may avail of the promo for multiple units as long as each reservation meets all eligibility requirements and is made within the promo period.
6. What is the promo period?
The promo runs from July [Insert Start Date] to December 31, 2025.
7. Can I combine this promo with other discounts?
Yes. The 2% discount under this promo may be used in conjunction with standard discounts and ongoing promotions, unless a specific offer prohibits combination.
8. How do I pay the reservation fee to qualify for the promo?
Follow these steps:
1. Download and log in to the EastWest Bank EasyWay App
2. Go to the “Pay Bills” tab
3. Select “Pay New Biller”
4. Choose the “Real Estate” category
5. Select “Filinvest Land Incorporated” as the biller
6. Enter the required details and pay the appropriate amount
9. What happens if I fail to meet the requirements or submit incorrect information?
FLI reserves the right to:
· Cancel the reservation or purchase, and/or
· Withdraw any promo discounts previously granted
· Forfeit any payments made, depending on the nature of the violation
10. Can I transfer the discount or convert it to cash?
No. Promo discounts are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
